Shannon Wilkinson
Founder, CEO & President
Shannon Wilkinson spent 12 years overseas working for the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations building mission critical software platforms. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems and earned her Master’s in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix. She was selected as the Las Vegas Women in Technology – Cybersecurity and Las Vegas Women in Technology Entrepreneur as well as appeared in the MyVEGAS Magazine Top 100 Women of Las Vegas several times. She is the author of “Ripping Off the Hoodie: Encouraging the Next Generation of STEM Girls” which became an Amazon #1 Best Seller
Robert (Bobby) Mikkelsen
Chief Financial Officer
Bobby Mikkelsen brings a diverse perspective to Tego, combining seasoned experience in finance and accounting, strategy leadership and investor relations. As a C-Level executive and business advisor, for nearly 20 years, he has been instrumental in developing accounting systems and controls for complex organizations, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising, with total transactions valued over $100 million. Mr. Mikkelsen received his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2004 from the Eller College of Business, University of Arizona. After graduating, Mr. Mikkelsen went on to work as an auditor for Henry & Horne, LLP in Arizona. Mr. Mikkelsen’s career in public accounting included working with a client base which was diverse in size and sector, revenue ranging from $100 thousand to $1 billion annually including those in the health care, pharmaceutical and tech sectors. Mr. Mikkelsen has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Item Nine Labs Corp (“INLB”) since October 2018.
Kirk Horton
Chief Revenue Officer
Kirk is a results-driven executive leader with over 25 years of experience in sales, channels, business development, alliance development and marketing in the information technology, data center, cloud services, managed services, network services, security services, content and media services industries. He has held executive leadership positions at companies such as Nautilus Data Technologies, Digital Realty Trust/Telx, IPR International, QTS Realty Trust, Akamai, Cable & Wireless/Digital Island, Sandpiper Networks and ETI. Kirk has a history of successful program development, overachieving and driving revenue attainment and taking companies to the next level due to his unique blend of strategic vision, communication, energy, and a building a culture of teamwork.
Alissa Knight
Chief Marketing Officer
Alissa Knight is a business magnate, American author, screenwriter, film director and producer. In 2020, Alissa formed Knight Group, which today controls 5 companies in publishing, marketing, events, and film production.

Alissa is best known for having been a reformed Blackhat hacker turned content creator, business mogul, and media personality synonymous with car and API hacking. Following her arrest at 17 for hacking a government network, Alissa was recruited by the U.S. intelligence community where she supported counterinsurgency (COIN) operations as a defense contractor.
Melissa Knight
Chief Information Security Officer
As a veteran of the cybersecurity industry with over 20 years of experience, Melissa has dedicated her career to securing businesses against a constantly evolving threat landscape. With a focus on security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response, she has a track record of building and leading successful security teams. Her career highlights include building the first Security Operations Center (SOC) for on the Las Vegas strip for Las Vegas Sands Corporation, where she served as the Global Head of Security Operations. From there, she went on to build up and staff additional SOCs for Sands Corporation in Macau, China and Singapore, as well as running managed security services for Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec at Herjavec Group. Her extensive experience and expertise allowed her to develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies that help businesses stay ahead of potential threats and protect their data and infrastructure.
Brent Watkins
Director, Business Development
Brent Watkins is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Brent has over 20 years of diverse experience investigating computer intrusions and international terrorism cases with the FBI. He is also a qualified forensic examiner and Special Agent Bomb Technician. Brent was a member of one of the first FBI squads (1996) specifically dedicated to the investigation of computer intrusions and has investigated numerous high profile cyber cases. Prior to the FBI, he was a military officer with the United States Air Force. Brent’s academic background is in chemistry and electrical engineering, and he holds an MBA.
Didem Mize
Senior IT Portfolio Manager
With 25 years of experience in Database, Systems, and Project Management, Didem Mize spent over 10 years as an international civil servant with United Nations and NATO and later worked for state and local agencies. Working in high-pressure environments where attention to detail and effective decision making is key, she has led projects in international agencies, state universities, and local governments, She has also been the lead on projects that directly contributed to saving the lives of troops in Afghanistan. She's a firm believer in servant leadership, mentoring, and sharing her experience and knowledge, she's also a constant learner. She has a B.S. in Computer Engineering, from the University of Galatasaray, is an ITIL and Scrum professional, and is an avid Agilist, always looking to improve the processes. In her free time, she loves to work on jigsaw puzzles, spend time with family and friends, and push her creativity to the limits for her son's school projects.
